Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a skilled nursing facility in Gaithersburg, MD. Use your expertise to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders while providing patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Active Maryland state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, instrumental assessments such as FEES or MBS interpretation preferred.
