Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with rehabilitation equipment such as therapeutic exercise tools, gait training aids, and modalities preferred.
• Documentation proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
