Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Prior experience treating geriatric populations, post-acute care, or patients with complex medical comorbidities preferred.
Proficiency with common rehabilitation equipment and modalities used in SNF settings preferred.
