Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program acceptable to state licensing.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments and familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: weekly work guarantee of 36 hours.
• Client-specific requirement: 14-day cancellation notice required by client.
