Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, ambulation training, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
• Ability to follow Physician orders and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Client requires 36 hours per week for this opening.
• Cancellation notice requirement: 14 days.
