Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient settings is required.
• Strong general clinical experience including post-operative care, sports injury management, and geriatrics.
• Experience across multiple modalities and care environments preferred, including home health, outpatient, and acute care.
• Ability to conduct home health visits and travel within a 60-mile radius as part of the assignment.
• Manager interview and offer required prior to start.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 5x8 preferred; may consider 4x10.
• Multimodality role covering home health, outpatient, and acute care within a regional area.
• Must be willing to travel for home health visits within a 60-mile radius.
