Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in outpatient settings is required.
- Strong general clinical experience including post-operative care, sports injury management, and geriatrics.
- Experience across multiple modalities and care environments preferred, including home health, outpatient, and acute care.
- Ability to conduct home health visits and travel within a 60-mile radius as part of the assignment.
- Manager interview and offer required prior to start.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 5x8 preferred; may consider 4x10.
- Multimodality role covering home health, outpatient, and acute care within a regional area.
- Must be willing to travel for home health visits within a 60-mile radius.
