Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
• Clinical experience treating spine and sports-related conditions preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and routine therapeutic equipment preferred.

• Primary Rate Type: 8-hour days (assignment is an 8-hour day shift schedule).
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment starting in April 2026 and ending in July 2026.
