Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Experience with split-site assignments or floating between facilities is required. This assignment splits time between Ardmore and Fayetteville, TN.
• Documentation and electronic medical record proficiency required.
• Patient handling and mobility equipment experience required (e.g., Hoyer lift, gait belts, parallel bars).
• Preferred: previous travel PT experience and outpatient or long-term care experience.

• Candidate must be able to float between assigned facilities as needed.
