Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Client requires availability for a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
• Ability to start on relatively short notice and commit to a 13–16 week assignment, with potential for extension preferred.
• Willingness to work in a facility-focused rehab environment and assist with typical SNF caseloads including geriatrics and post-acute care.
• Resume required for consideration.
