Description

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Client requires availability for a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
- Ability to start on relatively short notice and commit to a 13–16 week assignment, with potential for extension preferred.
- Willingness to work in a facility-focused rehab environment and assist with typical SNF caseloads including geriatrics and post-acute care.
- Resume required for consideration.
