Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program or equivalent for COTA candidates (if applying as a COTA).
• Active state PTA or COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR preferred.
• Client requires candidates able to start promptly due to an early contract end; new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome.

• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Full-time hours.
• In-house therapy team at a 100-bed facility, providing cohesive collaboration with staff and patients.
