Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise prescription, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and gait training preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist and document care in electronic medical records.

• Primary Rate Type: 8hr Days.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment starting in mid-April 2026.
• Location coverage includes Clackamas and Beaverton service area; candidate may be asked to float between nearby outpatient locations.
