Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.
- Experience with therapeutic exercise prescription, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and gait training preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist and document care in electronic medical records.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Primary Rate Type: 8hr Days.
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment starting in mid-April 2026.
- Location coverage includes Clackamas and Beaverton service area; candidate may be asked to float between nearby outpatient locations.
