Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Alabama state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Ability to perform dysphagia evaluations and treatment, including instrumental assessment familiarity preferred.
• Willingness to float to nearby facilities as needed.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday–Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment.
• Floating: Candidate will be required to float to nearby facilities as needed.
