Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to document treatment plans and progress notes using electronic medical records preferred.
• Client requires ability to work five days per week as part of the schedule.
