Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL-focused interventions.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with common SNF EMR systems preferred.
• Client requires availability Monday through Friday as part of schedule.
