Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Gatesville, NC. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help skilled nursing residents regain or improve daily living skills while working in a supportive long-term care environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience or willingness to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting.
• New graduates welcome. Clinical internship or supervised experience in geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress per facility protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
