Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• No new graduates. Minimum outpatient clinical experience required.
• Experience conducting 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines.
• Ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and delegate discipline-specific therapy services as appropriate.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision as assigned and to engage in professional development activities.
