Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidates should have experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative patients, and common orthopedic conditions.
- Ability to document using electronic medical records and follow established protocols for patient care.
- Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Preferred: experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Preferred: experience with productivity expectations in high-volume outpatient settings.
