Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Client may require BLS; verify with recruiter.
• Prior outpatient experience preferred. Candidates with experience in orthopedics, post-operative rehab, or musculoskeletal care are preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, gait training, and use of common outpatient equipment (e.g., therapeutic modalities, resistance equipment, balance tools).
• Strong documentation skills in electronic medical records preferred.
