Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience is required.
• Must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience; no new graduates will be considered.
• Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing functional treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
• Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants or students is preferred.
• Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
