Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience with common hospital equipment and procedures preferred, including mobility and gait training, fall-risk assessment, transfers, and use of mechanical lifts.
  • Current clinical experience within the last 12 months preferred.
