Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited educational program.
• Active Arkansas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and administer treatment under PT supervision and document treatments per company policy and state/federal regulations.
• New graduates welcome. Previous experience with residents having temporary or long-term disabilities is preferred but not required.
