Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado state PT license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• Experience documenting evaluations, goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with payer and clinic requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and to delegate direction of discipline-specific therapy services.
• Ability to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Colorado Practice Act.
• Preferred: Experience working in a Select Medical or large outpatient clinic environment and familiarity with organizational performance improvement processes.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment with client preference for a longer, up to 6-month engagement.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
