Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation and plan-of-care development.
• Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments preferred.
• Documentation experience including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and supervise students as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act required.
• Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety protocols.
• Preferred: experience in outpatient clinic workflow, familiarity with electronic medical records in outpatient settings, and prior travel or contract experience.
