Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Colorado Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate treatment plans and progress to interdisciplinary medical teams and specialty physicians such as orthopedic or hand surgeons.
- Experience working with outpatient documentation systems and reporting patient progress to referring providers.
- Preferred: Prior outpatient orthopedic caseload experience and familiarity with common modalities and manual therapy techniques. This item is preferred, not required.
