Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Patient handling and mobility device experience preferred, including use of gait belts and mechanical lifts.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams preferred.
