We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Davis, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. If required by the client, BLS must be current prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric patients and providing ADL retraining, restorative programs, and fall prevention interventions preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care and document in electronic health record. Experience with facility EHR systems preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate effective communication with patients and family members.

• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
