Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Will accept PTA candidates; indicate PTA licensure and credentials when applying (preferred).
- New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
- Ability to manage an outpatient orthopedics patient caseload and document per clinic standards.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
- Overtime must be approved by the clinic director prior to working OT hours.
- Float to other clinics: No.
