Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Will accept PTA candidates; indicate PTA licensure and credentials when applying (preferred).
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Ability to manage an outpatient orthopedics patient caseload and document per clinic standards.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Overtime must be approved by the clinic director prior to working OT hours.
• Float to other clinics: No.
