We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Nicholasville, KY. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Kentucky COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification. AHA or ARC accepted.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work 4x8 shifts, days, with a 32-hour per week schedule (client requires 5 days/week and a 32 hour guarantee).
• Familiarity with documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under a supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Schedule: 4x8 shifts, days (client indicates 5 days/week and 32-hour guarantee).
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network when needed.
