Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric diagnoses, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.
