Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
• Experience communicating treatment plans and progress to medical teams, including referring physicians and specialists.
• Ability to collaborate with clinic colleagues to identify and resolve patient care issues.
• Preferred: Prior outpatient PT travel experience and proficiency with common clinic documentation systems.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Days: Monday through Friday scheduling indicated by client behavior characteristics.
• Shift: Other (clinic outpatient schedule, 5x8 format noted by client).
• Clinical Focus: Outpatient orthopedic musculoskeletal evaluations and treatment.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
