Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience with outpatient orthopedic and post-operative populations preferred.
• Experience with documentation, goal writing, functional outcome measures, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic guidelines.
• Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and modify plans per physician direction and patient progress.
• Must not be a new graduate. Previous clinical experience required.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned preferred.
