Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license or eligible to obtain prior to the assignment start.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Required experience: outpatient orthopedics or general outpatient physical therapy experience. This role is not suitable for new graduates.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common outpatient orthopedic interventions, therapeutic exercise progression, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Ability to document evaluations and plan of care using electronic medical records.
• Reliable professional communication and teamwork skills for coordination with multidisciplinary outpatient teams.
• Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with clinic equipment such as therapeutic modalities, balance/vestibular tools, and resistance training equipment.
