Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required by the facility.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Client requires demonstrated ability to follow care plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist. (Client-specific requirement)
