Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care documentation and care planning.
• Proficiency with common SNF equipment and modalities, including therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration and family education.
• Preferred: Prior travel therapy experience and experience with electronic medical records systems.
