Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active MA state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred. This may include experience with patient evaluations, plan of care development, and documentation in electronic medical records.
• Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, fall risk assessment, and caregiver education preferred.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and carry required clinical supplies. Candidate must have reliable transportation for patient visits in the community.
• Vaccination and background screening requirements will follow client policy.
