Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
• New graduates considered. (Client preference.)
• First-time travelers considered. (Client preference.)
• Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week and to see 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed. (Client requirement.)

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Primary rate type: 8-hour day. (Client note.)
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Overtime or additional therapy hours require director approval prior to working OT.
