Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Proven ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document effectively, and write functional goals and letters of medical necessity.
• Comfort with student supervision and participation in clinical education preferred.
• Adherence to state Practice Act, professional codes of conduct, and completion of required continuing education.
