Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Recent experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall prevention, and mobility training preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care and document per facility protocols.
• Client requires candidates able to work a 5x8 schedule and meet a 30-minute meal break policy.

• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
