Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. This is a preferred requirement and not mandatory.
• Experience with productivity expectations, including seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day and managing double-booked follow-up visits, preferred.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed. This is a client requirement.
• Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director.
• Open to first-time travelers, new graduates, and experienced PTAs per client preference.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Productivity expectation: Approximately 60 visits per week.
• Typical patient load: Expect to see 12–14 patients per day with double-booked follow-up visits.
• Floating: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as required.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours; director approval required for overtime.
• Travel team option: Position may be part of a travel team in this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
