Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience delivering care in home health settings preferred.
• Current, verifiable clinical experience treating adult and/or geriatric patients preferred.
• Client requires ability to perform home assessments and document using electronic medical record systems; experience with home health EMR systems preferred.
