Minimum Requirements

• Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Client requires at least an Associate degree.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health preferred. Client prefers clinicians with home health care experience and skills-based competencies.
• Ability to perform home visits and document care according to agency and payer requirements.
• Reliable transportation suitable for home health travel within assigned service area.

• Shift Name: Other.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five shifts per week, eight hours per shift) as indicated by client.
