Minimum Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Facility prefers candidates with an Associate's degree minimum based on client requirement.
• Active Delaware Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy required. Candidate should be comfortable evaluating and treating patients in community and home settings.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to travel within the service area and manage a caseload across multiple patient homes. Floating to other locations within the region may be required.
