Minimum Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Client requires at least an Associate degree.)
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license or compact privilege if applicable prior to start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Experience managing caseloads independently and conducting skilled evaluations and plan of care in outpatient or home health settings preferred. (Preferred)
