Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Prior experience with restorative programs, gait training, transfers, and use of common assistive devices preferred.
• Ability to document patient progress in electronic medical records required.
• Client requires reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts. Preferred: experience with 5x8 schedules and 30-minute meal breaks.

• Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
• Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
