Description

Join a Home Health team in Charlotte, NC as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Client requires at least an Associate's degree.
  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required or may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in Home Health or community-based settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform skilled evaluations, develop home-based treatment plans, and document per Medicare and agency standards preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient home visits required.
