Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday - Friday
- Coverage area: Jackson County
- Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
- Responsibilities include physical therapy visits, start of care, PT evaluations, recertifications, resumption of care, and supervisory visits
