Make a real difference as a travel PTA providing in-home care across Petersburg, WV and surrounding counties. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility and functional independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. A recruiter will follow up with details upon application.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active West Virginia PTA license required prior to start of assignment.
• Experience in home health or in-home patient care preferred.
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel within and provide care across Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton counties.
• Must meet client requirements for independent contractor status and applicable background checks.
• Preferred attributes: flexibility, clear communication, adaptability, and compassion.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (daily).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation: 25 points (client metric).
• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits (from first patient to last patient).
• No routine on-call or weekend requirement.
• Coverage area includes travel between patients within Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton counties.
