Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.

- Experience in home health settings preferred.
- Experience with common home health documentation systems preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in home environments.
