Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Order notes indicate Associates Degree minimum.)
- Active Washington state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in Home Health settings preferred.
- Skill with common home health documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to perform skilled evaluations, develop care plans, and provide patient and caregiver education in home environments.
