Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health or community-based physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to perform home visits, document care in electronic medical records, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
• Client requires professional certification as indicated by order notes.

• Shift pattern: 5x8 (five shifts per week, eight hours per shift).
